Growing up in a strict religious community, Sarah spent every day trying to live up to the expectations of those around her. When her parents announced they would be auctioning her off to provide for her brother's college education, she wondered why she wasn't as good as her brothers. She was disappointed and fearful until she met the four men she would marry, and then there was hope in her heart.
Tired of being alone, Trystan found three other men of wealth to join with him to form a group to purchase the beautiful woman they wanted for their wife. Having been born from a pod, and never knowing a family, he couldn't understand what it would be like to have his parents sell him to four strangers. He didn't think much of what their new wife would be feeling until he realized that the people she'd trusted were the very ones to betray her. Could the five of them join together and form a cohesive family unit? Or was she destined to feel as if she were only a vessel to carry their children?

Prologue
Sarah closed the door of the community's child care facility and walked toward the small house she shared with her parents and six younger brothers. It had been a long day. The children had been more boisterous than usual, and she was ready to be home where she could spend a leisurely evening helping her mother with dinner and then reading for a bit. She was doing a correspondence program through the University of Wisconsin, and there were several books she needed to read for classes. Thankfully, they were all for her literature class, and she loved getting lost in a book.
"Sarah, wait!"
She turned to see who was calling her. Oh! It was Jake. Jake made her feel things. Many things. Of course, all the boys did. That's why she was so careful to avoid them. Every time she was within five feet of a man she wasn't related to, she could feel the moisture pooling between her thighs. Often she'd wanted to reach down and bring herself out of her misery by rubbing the button of flesh Amber had told her about, but she couldn't. It would be wrong.
"Hi, Jake." Sarah was careful not to make eye contact with the boy. Her parents had forbidden her to court anyone, so she hadn't. She was twenty and had never even been kissed, which was strange even in her ultra-religious community. Of course, she wasn't sure the boys would want to kiss her. She was a bit bigger than an average girl, and she was shy about her size.
"Sarah, are you busy this evening? I thought I could come by and take you for a walk after supper. Would you mind?"
Sarah's heart leapt at the idea. Of course, she wouldn't mind, but her parents would. Her nipples pebbled at the thought of being alone with a boy. She was thankful they were out in the open. "I can't, Jake. I'm sorry." She turned away from him and hurried home. Someday her parents would be all right with her courting, and then she'd choose the boy who made her tingle the most. For now? She'd be the obedient daughter she'd always been.
Her parents were sitting at the table waiting for her when she arrived home. "Do you need my help with supper, Mother?" she asked politely, knowing the answer would be yes. It always was.
"Yes, I do, but sit down first. Your father and I need to talk to you."
Sarah looked back and forth between them, her mind racing to remember if she'd done anything wrong. Of course, she hadn't. She was the very model of a dutiful daughter. "What is it?" she asked.
"Your brother, Samuel, wants to go away to college," her father said softly. "We can't afford that."
"I can give you the money I earn taking care of the children," she offered. She was on a full scholarship to university, simply because she was a woman. There were so few left in the world that every one of them received full scholarships. A law had been passed to allow that decades before.
"It still wouldn't be enough. He wants to stay on campus and become a doctor."
"Oh." Her parents never came to her with their financial difficulties, so she wasn't certain why they were doing it now. "Is there anything I can do to help?" she asked, knowing they'd refuse. But why had they asked?
"Yes, there is," her father said decisively. "You can be the next auctioned at the bride auctions in Madison."
Sarah stared at her father in shock. Was he asking her to do it or telling her she had to? More moisture pooled between her thighs just thinking about it. The bride auctions had started just a few years before. There were so few fertile women left in the world that the ones in their community brought high prices. Each bride auction consisted of a young virgin being sold off to four men. Four! Her parents really wanted her to sacrifice herself that way? To lay down upon a bed with four different men?
"You would sell me for money to send Samuel to school?" she asked, the hurt filling her voice.
"You're our only daughter," her father said with a shrug. "You must have known that's why we never allowed you to court. You needed to remain pure for your future husbands."
"Are you asking me to do this? Or are you telling me I will do this?"
"The auction is in two weeks." His voice brooked no argument. It was that simple. She was nothing to them but a way to get money for her brothers.
Sarah got to her feet. "I'll be in my room."
Chapter One
Trystan looked at the three men he'd assembled. They were all season-suite holders for his world championship red rover team. He'd bought the team several years before with money he'd earned playing the game. He'd been the best center the Minneapolis Mighties had ever seen.
"I'm sure you're all wondering why I asked you to meet me here," Trystan began.
Brice, a startjet designer, and a bit of a nerd, said, "Please tell me you are setting up a group of men to buy a wife! Please!"
Trystan laughed softly. "That's exactly what I'm doing. Rumors abound that you're all hetero." There were so few women that most men had turned to other men for their sexual needs. There were very few who held out and waited for a woman or made do with a robotic one.
Houston, the man who had invented Synthuel, leaned forward. "Are you serious? Is there another auction coming up?"
Trystan nodded and tossed a photo into the middle of the table. "Her name is Sarah, and her father has kept her so pure, she's never kissed a man. She's twenty, a literature student doing correspondence through the University of Wisconsin, and she works in a child care center. She's known for her purity, brains, and loving heart. Gentleman, this woman is the real deal."
Jaron, one of the most popular singers in the country, folded his arms across his chest, tilting his head to one side. "Really? Why did she want to be auctioned then?"
"Official dossier says she'll be auctioned so that her brother could go to college to be a doctor. Family can't afford it otherwise." Trystan pulled out a folder and passed around a sheet of paper to each of them.
Jaron picked up the photo from the middle of the table and let out a low whistle. "She's beautiful!" He noted that she was a bit larger than the women in the porn videos he'd seen, but she was a woman. What did
he care if she was slightly plump?
Trystan nodded. "And willing to sacrifice her pussy to four men for her brother. I for one, am willing to let her ride upon my altar."
Houston let out a low laugh. "Definitely. When's the auction? Are we looking at two trill each? Probably?"
"Ten days." Trystan leaned forward earnestly, ready to plead his case if any one of the other men wasn't interested. "Are you with me?"
Houston looked at the photo again. "I'm in. It's a lot of money, but I look at that face and think about what it would be like to see her every day and well..." He wanted to know what a woman felt like surrounding his cock. Surely it would feel better than the toys he'd used over the years.
Jaron nodded. "I have a robo-girl, but I want her." He nodded to the photo Houston had in his hand. "A real live woman. You bet I'm interested."
The three men turned as one to Brice. If he was in, they'd be able to make it work. Just one more man.
Finally, Brice nodded. "Yeah, let's make this thing happen."
Trystan released the breath he hadn't realized he'd been holding. "I have contracts for us all to sign." He smiled. "Let our lives be long and fruitful." He held up his glass of beer and the other three followed suit. "To Sarah."
"To Sarah," they echoed.
As he watched the others sign the contract he'd had prepared, he smiled. Soon, he would have the beautiful woman in bed with him. What more could a man ask for in life?
Chapter Two
Sarah sat beside her father in the ancient car. She'd rarely been in any kind of vehicle, because the community only had a few. When childbirth had been outlawed many years before, the community had refused to be part of anything as unnatural as babies born in pods. When all women who were born from the pods were discovered to be infertile, they had prided themselves on being right. When there were almost no women left in the world, they'd taken to selling off their girls. The men who had led the community into their isolation would have dug their way out of their graves had they known.
Sarah watched as the scenery flew by. Never before had she left the sanctity of their small community in the woods of Northern Wisconsin. Within hours she'd be married off to four men, moving God knew where. What would become of her?
"Father? Why am I not as valuable as the boys?" she asked softly.
He shrugged. "I couldn't sell them for what you'll fetch, so it could be argued that you're a great deal more valuable than your brothers."
"Not in your eyes."
"The money you'll bring in will put all five of your brothers through college with money left over. It's a business decision." He steered the car off the highway and onto a busy Madison street. "We're almost there."
Sarah had barely spoken to anyone since she'd been told about her auction. She'd had nothing to say to her parents, but others in the community had treated her like a pariah. No one wanted to be around a woman who was about to spread her legs for four men.
Sarah felt a tingling between her thighs as she thought that. Would they all take her together? One after the other? Would they each take a different night of the week with her? How could they possibly arrange things to make it work for her to be with all of them intimately?
Her father stopped the car behind a huge domed building. It was larger than anything Sarah had ever seen. She got out of the car, and walked to the back door that had been opened by a man with bright purple hair, wearing a shocking pink suit. She didn't look back as she heard her father ask, "Do I need to stay? Or will you transfer the money to my account?"
The man smiled at her father. "The money will be transferred, less auction fees of course."
"Thank you."
Sarah heard the car drive away. She hadn't expected a tearful goodbye, but at least a "Go with God" would have been nice.
The man in front of her grasped her arm. "We were expecting you thirty minutes ago. We have a lot to do in a short time. Are you ready? I'm Xavier by the way."
"I'm Sarah," she said, her voice barely a whisper. Did all men in the outside world wear pink suits, she wondered.
Xavier led her into a room filled with men. A row of clothes was along one side of the room. "We're the team who will prepare you for your auction."
Sarah looked around her at the men who were all dressed in flashy clothes and had strange hair colors. Those couldn't be natural, could they?
Xavier waved a hand at her. "First you need to remove that ugly jumpsuit. We need to find something suitable for you to wear." He shook his head. "And that is ridiculous."
Sarah put her hands to the stretchy neck of her jump suit, embarrassed to show her body to a roomful of men. She had been ashamed of her wide hips and huge breasts for a long time. It wouldn't be easy to get over that. And what if no one wanted her? Was it possible to get no bids? "Why is this ridiculous? Everyone wears these."
Xavier rolled his eyes. "Everyone in your little world. Strip."
Sarah took a deep breath and quickly divested herself of her clothes, dropping them to the floor. She shivered as she stood naked in front of them, wondering if this was how she'd feel with her husbands later. Her pussy began to drip, and she felt an ache between her thighs at the thought. She hoped they had something big enough to fit her!
Xavier took a step forward and measured her quickly. "I have just the thing!" He hurried over to the rack of clothes and pulled down a dress in a brilliant purple. "This will look gorgeous on you!"
Within moments he had her dressed in the most beautiful thing she'd ever seen. He rushed away to find a pair of flat heeled purple shoes that matched perfectly. "Oh yes! With your blond hair and green eyes, this is just perfect!" He pointed to a chair behind her. "Sit! Sit! We only have twenty minutes, and it's going to take a miracle to get you read that quickly!"
Eighteen minutes later, Sarah stared at herself in the mirror, wondering who the woman staring back at her was. She'd never been allowed to wear makeup or style her waist-length hair in anything but a simple bun at the back of her neck. She looked at Xavier. "Is that really me?" The dress was so low cut, her bountiful breasts looked as if they were fighting to get out.
Xavier laughed, the sound filling the room. "Oh, it's definitely you, my sweet." He took her hand and led her from the room. "You are going to drive them nuts."
Sarah's heart was beating rapidly, but she felt so much pain between her legs. She wanted to be filled by a man. How soon would they take her after marrying her? She prayed the men wouldn't find her lacking. "Where are we going?"
Xavier smiled down at her. "We're going to the main stage. You're going to stand, maybe answer a question or two, spin in a circle so everyone can see you. As soon as the bidding is over, you'll marry."
Sarah nodded. She'd never been good in front of crowds, and she was more frightened than she'd ever been in her life. She walked up onto the stage and stood beside Xavier. Looking out over the crowd she saw thousands of men. She'd been told what the women at auctions cost, and she wondered how there were that many rich men in the world. "There are so many men!"
Xavier smiled. "Most just paid to come so they could watch. Only five or six groups of men ever bid on a woman."
Sarah swallowed hard, wondering which of the men she'd be with that evening.
Xavier picked up a microphone and began talking. He had Sarah twirl at one point, and she felt her skirt flare out around her. She could hear numbers being shouted out, but most of it was a blur. It was all she could do to remain on her feet and not faint from sheer fright.
Finally, Xavier yelled, "Sold! Gentleman, come and claim your bride!"
Sarah watched as a group of four men climbed onto the stage. They were all tall and handsome in her eyes. One of the men walked to her side, reaching out and running his hand down the side of her silk dress, his hand going around as he cupped her full ass. "Hi there, darlin'. I'm Trystan. I'm going to be your legal husband."
Sarah nodded, knowing how it worked. She would be "married" to all four of them, but since
polyandry was still technically illegal in the United States, she would only be legally married to one of them. "It's nice to meet you," she said formally.
Trystan leaned forward and down, resting his lips beside her ear. "I can't wait to make love to you."
Sarah shuddered, feeling the cream between her thighs flowing steadily. She hadn't been allowed to wear panties, so she was naked and desperately afraid there would be a river running down her inner thigh soon. She stared into Trystan's eyes, wondering about the other three men who surrounded her. How would they do this?
A man stepped up onto the stage with them. He performed the marriage ceremony simply and quickly. When he pronounced them husband and wife, Trystan gathered her to him, kissing her passionately.
As soon as his lips touched hers, Sarah forgot about their audience. She wrapped her arms around his neck and clung for dear life. His tongue entered her mouth and began to dance with hers. She wanted to beg him to take her right there.
After a moment, a hand was on her shoulder, spinning her around. Another man, in glasses, looked down into her eyes. "I'm Houston." His lips came down onto hers, and he pulled her to him. She could feel his cock pressing against her through their clothes. She stepped closer, wanting to become one with his body right there.
Then she was spun around again. "I'm Brice," the man told her as his lips came down on hers. His hand cupped her breast, and she let out a low moan. She needed one of them to take her. Immediately. But could she tell them that?
Once again she was in a new man's arms. "I'm Jaron," he whispered against her lips. His hands trailed down over her ass, and he gripped her thighs, surprising her by picking her up and wrapping her legs around his waist. She felt his cock pressing against her core, and she wanted nothing more than to tell him to remove his pants and take her right there.
When she was back on her feet, she felt weak. She wasn't sure she could walk there was so much pain between her thighs. What would they think of her?
